What is The Student Games Festival?
The Student Games Festival is an international event that puts student creativity in the spotlight, brings education and the video game industry together, and treats games as works of culture and art.
What’s in store:
Best Student Game Awards: the most promising student-made games from around the world, recognised on one stage. Meet all 22 nominees here.
Conference: talks, panels and workshops where game education meets the industry. Special guests include Rami Ismail, Jakub Dvorský and Jakub Szamałek, with more revealed day by day on our socials.
Networking zones to connect with the video game industry.
CV and portfolio consultations with industry experts.
Job fair: meet game studios, including 11 bit studios, Bloober, Larian, Elsewhere and GOG, and explore career opportunities.
Polish-Czech Videogames Forum: a programme strand on cooperation between the Polish and Czech video game scenes.
Free admission. Nominated or not, everyone is welcome to play, watch, learn and meet the people behind the games. …and overall a lot of fun!
