Located on Czerniakowski Headland, right on the banks of the Vistula River, is Monta Beach Volley Club. Since 2015, it has been attracting beach volleyball enthusiasts and active summer recreation enthusiasts. The facility offers 12 professional beach volleyball courts that meet the highest standards. It's one of the largest complexes of its kind in Poland. Court reservations can be made online. The club regularly organizes beach volleyball tournaments, both amateur and professional, including the prestigious World Cup in cooperation with the FIVB and the Polish Volleyball Federation (PZPS). A beach volleyball academy is also available for those interested, offering training for children and adults.

Monta Beach isn't just about sports. On-site amenities include a Beach Bar , a restaurant, a café, and a spacious observation deck offering picturesque views of the city. Summer events with DJs, concerts, and more are also held here. The property also features a relaxation area with hammocks and a yoga space. The driving range is located in the heart of Warsaw's Żoliborz district, on the grounds of the "Spójnia" Sports Club. It attracts both beginners and seasoned golfers. The facility is designed for practicing both long and short strokes. It features 20 practice stations, including mats and grass tees, six green targets, and five distance markers. A raised platform allows players to easily observe the trajectory of their shots, and lighting allows for practice even after dark.

The club is open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 20:00 PM. It offers a wide range of services, from individual lessons with experienced coaches, to Polish Golf Association Green Card courses, to corporate and birthday events. No need to bring your own equipment, as golf clubs are available for free on-site rental.

The atmosphere at Olympic Golf Club is exceptionally friendly and family-friendly. Owners Maria and Marek Bednarczyk have maintained this since the club's founding in 2009. Maria is also the author of the book " The Thing About Golf, or How Not to Be Green ." It's a humorous introduction to the world of golf etiquette and the game. Olympic Golf Club is not just a place to play, but also a community of golf enthusiasts who are eager to share their knowledge and experience.

GamaGym is a luxury fitness club located in the prestigious The Tides building, right on the banks of the Vistula River. An additional attraction is the possibility of reaching the park by ferry from the Old Town . The ferry port is right next door.

The Warsaw Rope Park operates seasonally, typically from May to the end of September, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. However, it's worth checking the website or Facebook for updates, as the park may be closed for safety reasons in the event of rain, storms, or strong winds.

Right next to the 3rd Infantry Division Landing Area, Padel4All is located. It's the only outdoor padel court in the area . A convenient place to try one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. A quick note for those who haven't yet had the opportunity to try padel: It's a dynamic racket game for four players played on an indoor court. It combines the rules of tennis and squash, although it's important to emphasize that it's a distinct discipline. The ball can be bounced off the walls and served from below with a special, unstrung racket.

The court is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and offers free play for up to two hours per day. A short walk (400 meters) is enough to reach the Olympic Center from the courts. Even closer is the Agmaja Stable, which offers horseback riding lessons. Additionally, the Vistula River Cycling Trail and a promenade run alongside the courts. The courts are part of a larger sports complex, the "Spójnia" Sports Club. Korty Spójnia Dolna

Spójnia Dolna is the second tennis court complex on the Gdynia Coast, alongside Spójnia Górna. Żoliborz Beach is just a stone's throw away (260 meters) . Both courts are part of the Spójnia Sports Club, which also offers other sports such as sailing, kayaking, table tennis, snowboarding, bridge, and stand-up paddleboarding.

The facility, run by the Prestige Tennis Center, offers a wide range of services. From individual and group tennis lessons for children, teenagers, and adults, to racket and ball rentals, Spójnia Dolna boasts eight clay courts, open year-round, daily from 7:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m. During the winter season, the courts are covered with a seven-court air dome with warm air ventilation . Locker rooms with showers are available on-site.

The courts are easily accessible. Bus stops for lines 118 and 185 (Cytadela or Olympic Center) are nearby. Plac Wilsona metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. Although you'll find more modern tennis courts in Warsaw , Spójnia Dolna remains a popular destination for tennis enthusiasts, especially those who appreciate playing surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in the heart of the city.

Skatepark pod Mostem Świętokrzyskim

Skateboarding, rollerblading, stunt scootering, and BMX enthusiasts are sure to be familiar with this spot. Under the Świętokrzyski Bridge in Warsaw, there's a unique street workout zone. Siła Koloru Siłownia

On September 8, 2013, the " Power of Color " charity event, organized by AkzoNobel and the Rak'n'Roll Foundation, took place in Warsaw. The goal of the initiative was to collect paint to renovate the waiting room at the Oncology Center. Residents exercised at specially marked outdoor gyms in four locations around the city, including the Vistula Flotilla Boulevard. Each physical activity was converted into liters of paint using a special app. The goal was to collect 200 liters of paint. Thanks to the dedication of participants, the final total was four times higher, and the noble goal was achieved.

Although many years have passed since the main event, outdoor gyms with the "Strength of Color" logo still serve residents as places for free outdoor workouts. The gym on the Vistula Boulevards is equipped with six pieces of exercise equipment. There's a bench press, a pendulum, a runner, a twister, an elliptical trainer, and a rower. This allows for comprehensive strength and general conditioning training, engaging various muscle groups. The equipment is available free of charge 24/7. If you're wondering what to do along the Vistula River in Warsaw , physical activity is always a good idea.
