Highline Warsaw occupies the top three levels of Varso Tower, the tallest building in the European Union. It combines exhibition space, a bar and an observation deck. The 53rd floor features the highest observation deck in the entire European Unionlocated as high as 230 metres above the ground. It is the only place in Warsaw from which you can see the city in a full 360-degree view. From the centre with the famous Palace of Culture and Science, over the Vistula river and bridges to the green outskirts.
