Monta Beach Volley Club

On the Czerniakowski headland, right on the banks of the Vistula, sits the Monta Beach Volley Club. A place that has been attracting lovers of beach volleyball and active summer relaxation since 2015. The facility offers up to 12 professional beach volleyball courtswhich meet the highest standards. It is one of the largest complexes of its kind in Poland. Reservations for the pitches can be made via the website. The club regularly organises beach volleyball tournaments, both amateur and professional, including the prestigious World Cup in cooperation with FIVB and PZPS. A beach volleyball academy is also available for those interested, offering coaching for children and adults.

Monta is not just about sport. On site you will find Beach Bar, a restaurant, a café and a spacious panoramic terrace offering picturesque views of the city. In the summer it also hosts evening events with DJs, concerts and more. The venue has a relaxation area with hammocks and a yoga space. Olympic Golf Club

Golf driving range (driving range) is located in the heart of Warsaw's Żoliborz district, on the grounds of the "Spójnia" Sports Club. It attracts both beginners and seasoned golfers. The facility is designed for training longer and shorter strokes. There are 20 practice pitches, including mats and grass tees, six green targets and five distance marks. Thanks to the elevated platform, players can easily observe the trajectory of their strokes and the lighting allows practice even after dark.

The club operates 7 days a week From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It offers a wide range of services. From individual lessons with experienced coaches, to courses for the Polish Golf Association's Green Card, to organising corporate events and birthday parties. You don't need to have your own equipment. You can borrow golf clubs free of charge on site.

The atmosphere at Olympic Golf Club is exceptionally friendly and family-orientated. Since the club was founded in 2009, this has been taken care of by the owners, Maria and Marek Bednarczyk. Maria is also the author of the book "The thing about golf, or how not to be green". This is a humorous introduction to the world of golf etiquette and the game. Olympic Golf Club is not only a playing space, but also a community of passionate golfers who are happy to share their knowledge and experience.

It is a place that combines sport, adventure and contact with nature offering adrenaline-filled moments. A good idea for a family outing, a date, a corporate integration or a hen or stag party. The professional staff provides the necessary belay equipment and training, guaranteeing safe fun for participants of all ages. An additional attraction is possibility to reach the park by ferry from the Old Town. The ferry harbour is right next door.

The rope park Warsaw operates seasonally, usually from May to the end of September, daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, it is worth checking the news on the website or Facebook page, as the park is sometimes closed for safety reasons in the event of rain, storms or strong winds.

The Upper Cohesion courts might as well have been named "Courts on the banks of the Vistula', as only a strip of trees separates them from the queen of rivers. A short walk (400 m) is enough to get from the courts to the Olympic Centre. Even closer is the Agmaja Stables offering horse riding lessons. In addition, along the courts runs The Vistula Cycle Route and a promenade. The courts are part of a larger sports complex, the "Spójnia" Sports Club. A wide range of Vistula River recreation is the pride of Warsaw, and the Upper Cohesion Courts are undoubtedly an important point on the map of sport and activity on the Vistula boulevards.

The facility offers 8 year-round, covered ground courts that are available daily from early morning until midnight. It is ideal for beginners as well as advanced players. There is an on-site tennis school for children. Individual lessons with experienced coaches are available. In addition, the club offers racket servicing and professional advice on string selection. The Upper Cohesion is also a centre of tennis emotions. Tournaments are held here on a regular basis, including Warsaw Grand Prix Women's tennis and the Club League. Korty Spójnia Dolna

The Lower Cohesion is the second tennis court complex located on the Gdynia Coast, alongside the Upper Cohesion Courts. A proverbial stone's throw away (260 m) from here lies the Żoliborz beach. Both sets of courts are part of the grounds of the Cohesion Sports Club, which also offers other sports sections such as sailing, canoeing, table tennis, snowboarding, sports bridge and SUP.

Skatepark pod Mostem Świętokrzyskim

Enthusiasts of skateboarding, inline skates, performance scooters and BMX bikes are sure to know the place well. The skatepark under the Świętokrzyski Bridge, near the Mermaid Monument, is a real treat for fans of urban wheel sports. Especially for those who like to spend time near the promenade. Thanks to the roofing over the bridge structure, the skatepark is protected from rain and sun. You can use it almost all year round. What's more, the evening lighting allows you to ride safely even after dark.

It may not be the biggest skatepark in WarsawBut it is well designed, with a variety of users in mind. You will find obstacles such as funboxes and grindboxes or handrails. It is a great space to learn different tricks and perform stunts. Suitable for both beginners and more advanced riders. At this point, it doesn't hurt to be reminded to always have your clothes on helmet! It is worth adding that in the immediate vicinity of the skatepark there is also a street workout zone and an outdoor gym. And after an intensive workout you can relax on the nearby hammocks and take advantage of the wide gastronomic offer of the Warsaw boulevards.

There is a unique street workout zone under the Świętokrzyski Bridge in Warsaw. Outdoor training on the Vistula boulevards, in the shadow of the Swietokrzyski Bridge with a pleasant breeze from the river, is the perfect alternative to the classic gym.

Siła Koloru Siłownia

On 8 September 2013, the charity event "The Power of Colour', organised by AkzoNobel and the Rak'n'Roll Foundation. The aim of the initiative was to collect paint for the refurbishment of the waiting room at the Oncology Centre. Residents exercised at specially marked outdoor gyms in four locations around the city. This included the Vistula Flotilla Boulevard. Each physical activity was converted into litres of paint, thanks to a special app. The goal was to collect 200 litres of paint. Thanks to the commitment of the participants, in the end the result was four times higher and the noble goal was realised.

Although it has been many years since the main campaign, outdoor gyms with the 'Power of Colour' signage still serve as places for residents to get a free outdoor workout. Gym on the Vistula Boulevards has been equipped with six pieces of exercise equipment. There is a bench press, a pendulum, a jogger, a twister, an orbiter and a rowing machine. As a result, it is possible to carry out a comprehensive strength and general development workout here, involving various muscle parts. The equipment is available free of charge around the clock.
