DOCK19 by Mateusz Gessler

Cult Powiśle power station with its range of gastronomic concepts like a magnet attracts visitors to the nearby Boulevards on the Vistula residents and visitors to the city. One such culinary haven here is DOCK19 by Mateusz Gessler. The interior of the restaurant delights with its post-industrial character with elements alluding to maritime aesthetics. Overhead cranes, hooks and electrical installations remind us of the Power Station's industrial past. This is complemented by a colour scheme inspired by the shades of water at different times of the day. The impressive space gives guests plenty of choice: a centrally located main room, an orangery - a winter garden and a cocktail bar. Also available seasonally is Rooftop Dock19. This is a boho-style holiday zone, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the city skyline.

DOCK19's own cuisine skilfully combines traditional Polish flavours with European finesse. The dishes are carefully selected and perfectly composed. From starters, such as Italian burrata, through main courses including sirloin, duck or pike-perch, to desserts with strawberry meringue at the forefront. What awaits you here is a culinary journey through the flavours of Poland and Europe in Mateusz Gessler's masterful interpretation.

Restaurant with Polish cuisine is located in a modernist building from the 1960s, sharing its address with the Logos Hotel. The restaurant offers not only a view of the Vistula, PGE Narodowy or Świętokrzyski Bridge, but above all flavours that bring back childhood memories. It is the younger sister of the EATERY restaurant operating in Hala Koszyki. In the Vistula location you will find the most traditional recipes, without any modernisations, largely from the Lublin region, where the owners come from.

The menu is a parade of sentimental classics such as dumplings with meat, lazy dumplings, Russian dumplings with mint, black pudding with apple, stuffed cabbage rolls, de volaille or grey dumplings with bryndza and smoked lard. The dishes are available in two sizes, allowing you to share them at the table or compose your own set. The meals can be accompanied by natural wine, kraft beer or liquor.

The interior of the restaurant combines austere minimalism with warm accents. Steel, wood, stone, glass and subtle lace details create a cohesive whole. Classic Polish films are screened on the walls. You can also listen to Polish music, which adds to the cosiness of the place and alludes to the native culture.

Prime Cut & Cigar Room

An elegant restaurant combining New York classics with European-style culinary artistry. The arrangement, in which no detail has been left to chance, refers to the history of the Power Station and blends perfectly with the aesthetics of the complex. Prime Cut & Cigar Room, as the name suggests, offers not only fine cuisine and cocktails, but also the opportunity to enjoy cigars from different parts of the world. From Cuban classics, to specialities from the Dominican Republic, to the sophisticated cigars from the far corners of the globe.

The Prime Cut menu is first and foremost a feast for meat lovers. Dry-aged beef steaks for a minimum of 28 days are tender, exceptionally aromatic and intense in flavour. In fact, their qualities have been repeatedly recognised and awarded at the World Steak Challenge. Main courses such as lamb rump or halibut with prawns underline the diversity of the offer. The Prime Cut proprietary burgers, including a variant with wagyu beef, will satisfy the most demanding palates. In addition, Steak House boasts its own bakery and sweets by an award-winning confectioner. From Thursday to Sabota, live music played is a nice addition.

There are several restaurants in Warsaw under the banner of Pełną Parą. Each place has a slightly different history, atmosphere, size and individual menu. The common denominator is modern asian cuisine with dim sum dumplings in the starring role. It is worth mentioning that experienced Asian chefs prepare the dishes in front of the guests' eyes.

Full Pair PoWiśle is a place that will satisfy lovers of oriental flavours who visit Vistula Boulevards in Warsaw. On the extensive and varied menu you will find many variations of the restaurant's speciality - steamed dumplings. Prawn & Garlic, Chicken & Kimchi, Pumpkin & Chickpea and many more flavours dim sum You will receive them in sets of 10. You might also be tempted by the bao buns with crispy pancetta or panko chicken accompanied by yam chips and mango-cucumber salsa, or other specials. It's worth popping into the restaurant at lunchtime for the soup and bowl of the day. There's no shortage of sweet treats either. Including a fluffy mousse based on the already iconic Dubai chocolate. The drinks menu is equally impressive. You'll find leaf and flowering teas, matcha, bubble tea, mocktails and a whole parade of drinks. The author's menu is perfectly suited to the Vistula River location.

The interior of the restaurant is maintained in the pleasant industrial aesthetics of the Powiśle power station. The spacious garden invites you to an afternoon of relaxation and a pleasant evening by the Vistula River.

DYM Restauracja FOOD DRINKS SHISHA

Restaurants along the Vistula River in Warsaw present a wide variety. As a result, everyone will find the right spot for them on the gastro-map of the waterfront area. DYM Restaurant is an elegant venue in the Powisle Power Station with an exotic atmosphere. It is famous for its high-quality water pipes with a wide selection of flavours. Relaxing by the shisha with friends is the perfect option for an evening out, especially as the restaurant is open daily until 1am. Successful meetings are also facilitated by the interior design with a touch of artistic nonchalance. Concrete, wood, greenery, striking paintings and designer lighting create an interesting space that you want to return to.

An extensive menu combining aromatic Middle Eastern cuisine, modern renditions of international classics as well as original recipes also encourages visitors to return. Various types of mezze, including, for example, the seafood mix in a crispy coating will work perfectly as a companion to the shisha. A larger appetite will be satisfied by one of the main courses. You can order a salmon or beef fillet steak with elaborate toppings, black tagliolini dyed with sepia, with shrimp and octopus in a tomato and butter emulsion or grilled octopus tentacle. On the breakfast menu, the main protagonist is the exquisite toast. Of the dessert items, the fondant with dark chocolate and ice cream is worth tempting. There is also no shortage of various exclusive drinks, including the proprietary DYM and a no-percentage-point option.

Gruby Josek nad Wisłą

"A clownish place for the feray now also on the Vistula". It all adds up! In May 2025, the city's well-known Fat Josek lived to see its little brother on Vistula Flotilla Boulevard (The Tides building). Esteemed gourmets now have the opportunity to savour the classic Warsaw cuisine while savouring the view of the river.

As at the Wola location, the menu here is a collection of original items that take you back to the days of pre-war gastronomy. There is the King of Warsaw cutlets, i.e. homemade minced meat with potato purée and fried beetroot, Salon devolaj and Kotlecik schabowy na smalczyku. The riverside location whets the appetite for fish. This is why Fat Josek serves Fish in seaweed (trout) or Fish a la greens (pike-perch fillet). Always accompanied by appropriate side dishes. There is no shortage of other accompaniments either - namely, upscale drinks. There are classic cocktails as well as original proposals, including Warsaw Spritz, Not a bad get-up or Drunk. As you can see good humour is a common feature of both Fat Joses.

It's not just the menu that impresses, but also the capital interior design, full of Warsaw flair with a mermaid neon sign at the forefront and an accompaniment of nostalgic tunes. Going to Vistula Boulevards? "Step in must!"

Restauracja Na Cyplu

The name leaves no doubt as to the location of the restaurant. Czerniakowski headland, a green peninsula at the southern end of Warsaw's boulevards, is a quieter, less crowded part of the waterfront. A beach, walking and cycling paths and, of course, a spectacular view of the water and green banks await you here. At the same time, access by car from the city centre is only 10 minutes away. The Na Cyplu restaurant, together with the Monta Café, operates at the Monta Beach Volley Club.

Na Cyplu is a large space with its own beach, beach bar and terrace. It is a good address for organising a special event. The waterside restaurant has the right facilities to host a corporate integration, conference, concert, wedding, communion or other celebration. It is also the right destination for individual guests. Whether for breakfast, lunch, brunchThe restaurant is ideal for a casual meal while strolling, as well as an evening relaxation with a glass of carefully selected wine. Zachodni Brzeg

Vistula's The Tides is the joint address of several top restaurants on the boulevards. One of them is West Bank. It is an oasis for lovers of flavours Middle Eastwhich also has a second location in Hala Koszyki. The interior of West Bank combines modern design with elements reminiscent of Middle Eastern culture to create a cosy and elegant atmosphere. There is no shortage of bar, garden, picturesque view and music.

The restaurant's menu is largely inspired by Israeli and Lebanese cuisine. You can opt for mezzeor sets of small starters, ideal for practising so-called sharing. Among the main courses, try the grilled aubergine with beef, baked salmon or chicken in lemon sauce. The West Bank also offers pasta and pizzas in several versions, including vegetarian. The culmination of the Mediterranean feast will be a sweet panna cotta or tiramisu. The restaurant also provides a wide selection of drinks, including lemonades in various flavours, author's and classic cocktails, as well as bottled and draft beers. It is worth mentioning that the West Bank space connects to Kōhana Rum & Kitchen, where you will discover the exotic flavours of the Caribbean and Mexico. So you can enjoy the benefits of both cuisines in one place.

Voda

If you are interested in a restaurant on the Vistula River in Warsaw with a touch of elegance and homely warmth, Voda in The Tides complex is the right destination. The refined interior of the restaurant is inspired by the water theme, and the walls are decorated with original paintings. Voda is a small art gallery. Italian restaurant on the Vistula, right next to the pedestrian and bicycle bridge on General George Smith Patton Boulevard, invites you all year round. A stroll along the Vistula is a great idea not only in summer. All the more so because in autumn, hot teas, coffees and mulled wine await you at Bella Italia.

Bella Italia serves classic Italian flavours, but you can also count on surprising modern twists here. Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven with a slightly smoky flavour and high edges is the pride of the establishment. However, there are more stars on the menu here. In this panozzo - crispy oven sandwiches in unusual versions with mortadella and pistachios, Parma ham or oyster mushrooms for vegetarians.
