Klub Bokserski Legia Warszawa

The Legia Boxing Club boasts a long history and a rich tradition in the world of combat sports. Although the boxing section was officially established in 1931, long before that there were fighters training at the club developing their skills in this discipline. Here, you can improve under the guidance of experienced and successful coaches such as Volodymyr Pavlenko, Igor Gapon and Tomasz Pietrzak. The club offers group and individual boxing and kickboxing classes. PZU Sport and Medicover Sport cards are honoured.

The facility is located in the immediate vicinity of Fort Bema. It is surrounded by picturesque green areas, which are an ideal place for running and bicycle training. The facility has two spacious training rooms, equipped with professional equipment for boxing training. You can also make use of gyms and saunas. Training sessions take place from Monday to Saturday. Boxing in Warsaw Children from the age of seven practise at the Legia club.

Warszawski Boks Klub Sportowy

The club facility is located in a very well-connected area, close to one of Warsaw's shopping malls - Westfield Arkadia. The club offers both group and individual training, tailored to people of all ages and levels - from children and teenagers to adults. Whether participants are preparing for a competition or treating boxing as a form of recreation, they can look forward to developing their technique through exercises with a partner and working on equipment such as a boxing bag, pearl or shields.

Cards are honoured here Multisport, FitProfit and Medicover Sport, but only include group classes. The school offers boxing classes for women, children from the age of 7 to 11, boxing for young people, group training during pre-work hours from 6:30am and individual training on Sundays. The spacious hall provides a very good training environment. The facility is also notable for its colourful energetically decorated reception area. Classes are conducted by professional boxing trainers, including Michal Prusak.

Klub Bokserski „Pięściarz”

The club specialises in boxing training, but there are also MMA and muay thai classes. The centre trains children, young people and adults. It also hosts 'family' boxing training, where children come together with their parents. Medicover Sport, Fit Flex, Vanity Style, Fitsport, Fit Profit and most types of Multisport cards are honoured at the Fist.

In addition to group classes, you will benefit from individual personal training. The club boasts a very good infrastructure and a wide range of activities. It has a stationary sports and boxing shop, where you can buy training clothes and all the necessary accessories. It also organises sports birthday and sports camps for children, adolescents and adults. Not only will you train effectively, but you will integrate into the boxing community and make new friends.

MKB GYM

Boxing training at MKB Gym is a comprehensive process that includes learning technique, developing strength and endurance, and working on reflexes and emotional control. Beginners learn basic strokes and correct posture, while more advanced students improve their skills through circuit training involving the whole body. An important element is also working with a partner, where, in addition to improving technique, speed of reaction and the ability to control stress are developed. The club provides training for beginners and advanced students, as well as classes for children. There is also an open group where people of all levels meet. Red and blue Fit Profit cards and several types of Multisport cards are honoured.

The centre is open from Monday to Saturday. It is possible to participate in personal training with professional boxing coaches. The place is known not only for its experienced coaching staff and good training conditions, but also for its great atmosphere, integration and high level of mutual motivation among student-athletes. Klub bokserski Ruchy

The Movements Project is a unique initiative bringing together boxing enthusiasts and experts related to combat sports. The collective's founder is Michal Lagunionok, who has created a space that brings together professional trainers, physiotherapists and sports nutritionists. Trainings take place on selected days of the week. The club does not operate on weekends. There is a very good, almost family-like, atmosphere here. You can count on support and extensive motivation at every stage of your training path.

The club organises activities for children (from the age of eight), young people and adults, whatever their level. There is also a special boxing section for women on Nowy Świat Street, where ladies can train in a comfortable environment under the guidance of experienced instructors. The collective actively maintains its Facebook profile, where you can read tidbits about each group's training and members' successes in various competitions, as well as learn about current club events. Warszawska Szkoła Boksu

There are three outposts within the structures of the Warsaw Boxing School - in Żoliborz, Lower Mokotów and Ochota. The club began its activities in 2012, but its philosophy relates to the pre-war traditions of the Boxing schoolswhich functioned from 1937 to 1939 as a section of RKS Marymont. The trainings involve experienced and passionate coaches who take care of the development of their charges at every stage. Participants are divided into groups according to their level of proficiency, which allows the training to be adapted to their individual skills. 

Both those taking their first steps in boxing and more advanced fighters can effectively develop their skills here under the guidance of professionals. The club trains children, young people and adults. There is a women's section and individual training is conducted here, conscientiously tailored to the students' abilities. Children from the age of 10 train as part of mini boxing. Parent+child classes are also organised at the centre in Ochota.
