Pracownia Cukiernicza „Zagoździński”
The Zagoździnski family workshop is colloquially referred to as "doughnuts from Górczewska Street". The establishment has been on the market since 1925, thus being one of the oldest pastry shops in the capital. The studio's speciality is classic doughnuts with multifruit marmalade, made exclusively from natural ingredients. Each of them is made by hand, according to the traditional recipe of Władysław Zagoździński, and their secret lies in frying in real lard. It's a taste that has consistently delighted for generations! The patisserie also offers the very popular mini doughnuts.
The patisserie is a family business passed down from generation to generation. It is held in high regard not only by customers from Wola and is known more widely in various parts of the city. Long queues regularly line up here. If you want to buy from Zagoździński doughnuts on a day like Fat Thursday or festive occasions, you have to reckon with having to stand in a sizeable "queue". Enjoying confectionery specialities here can be combined with a good cup of coffee, hot chocolate available in various flavours or a milkshake.
