Dziurka od klucza

It's exactly as you imagine when you utter the name of this restaurant. The world of "Dziurki od klucza" is enchanted, from the decor to the kitchen. What's more, this magic has remained unchanged over the years, despite the restaurant changing its location! This only proves that it's made by people with passion, knowledge, skills, and consistency. Thanks to this, when you order your favourite dish that has been on the menu since the restaurant's inception, you'll experience the same delight. True connoisseurs know that this represents a culinary level unavailable to everyone. "Dziurka od klucza" has been around since 2012, originally located in Powiśle. A small venue, always crowded with customers eager for Italian flavours.

Today, the restaurant occupies two large halls in the charming Fort Sluzew in Ursynów, and queues still form at the entrance. A new addition to the menu is Neapolitan pizza, baked in an oven with top-quality toppings, continuing the successful direction of Italian cuisine. Perfectly baked crust with crispy edges, stretchy cheese, and several different flavour variations. Just like the famous pastas from "Keyhole" in the past, they remain consistently delightful. Mouth-watering spaghetti with paprika sauce, caramelised onions, honey, and sirloin, or Pomodoro spaghetti with stracciatella, where creamy mozzarella from the Apulia region makes this dish unforgettable. We can't forget about desserts! Because they deserve a separate chapter, but we'll tell you just this much-those who have tried them have requested that the cakes be sold whole in the restaurant so they can take that flavour home, sharing it with loved ones, preserving the Italian tradition.

La Mia Italia

We won't write a word here about the interiors, music, or the countless items on the menu. No, because "La Mia Italia" is simply a place where you'll eat so well that you'll feel like the most talented Italian mamma is at the helm of the kitchen! And indeed, that's exactly how it is! Maybe not an Italian, but a Pole, who, however, built her culinary skill over the years, visiting corners of Italy where taste, quality, and tradition are the true foundations of cuisine. When Elżbieta Duda learned practically every secret of real Italian homemakers and outstanding chefs, she decided to open a local in Poland and serve her guests everything she had learned. For several years now, she, a chef who independently shaped her craft just like she did, and a friendly pizzaiolo, have been feeding the people of Warsaw with the most authentic Italian cuisine.

You'll futilely look for an empty table during lunchtime because the restaurant is located in the midst of Mokotów's office buildings. Homemade gnocchi, spaghetti, pizza, but also salads, soups, and desserts-everything you'll find on the menu. And believe us, you won't stop at just one visit, even if you have to navigate through Warsaw's Mordor traffic every day. Well, it turns out that from Domaniewska Street, it's very close to Naples.

Bottegas

Would you like to experience authentic Italian cuisine in Warsaw? Visit Bottegas. The restaurant's owners - Matteo, Roberto, and Antonio - are native Italians, as is the head chef, Fabiano. This ensures original recipes, carefully selected high-quality ingredients, and truly Italian flavours on your plate. The specialty of the house is Neapolitan pizza, both white and tomato-based, available in many creative variations. The menu, steeped in Italian culinary tradition, also features handmade pastas, salads, seafood, and delectable desserts like the delicate tiramisu. You can also enjoy an Italian feast at home with a convenient delivery option. If you're in the mood for Italian street food, order a pizza a portafoglio - a folded triangular delight, perfect for those on the go.

It's not just the excellent Italian dishes that make Bottegas stand out on Warsaw's culinary map. The warm service, Italian music in the background, and an interior resembling a small art gallery, filled with vibrant colours and paintings, create an unforgettable atmosphere. It allows you to savor the essence of La Dolce Vita right in the heart of Warsaw, near Krakowskie Przedmieście. The restaurant also entertains its guests with wine tastings, live music, and various themed evenings that bring the lively culture of Italy closer. A perfect evening at Bottegas can be rounded off with a glass of exquisite wine from their extensive collection, featuring varieties from across Italy, or an original craft beer.

Casa Italia

Someone once told us that if we visit an Italian restaurant and there are customers from Italy, we should definitely stay longer and savour every bite of both the dishes and the specific atmosphere. In Casa Italia, we sat down and had no desire to leave... The place is run by a native Italian who, from a young age, observed the culinary secrets of his grandfather, who ran a restaurant in Italy. The restaurant has been operating for several years and has managed to earn the appreciation of connoisseurs of Italian cuisine. Guests are treated with Italian openness and Polish hospitality. Casa Italia entices with a mood-setting interior, and the homey atmosphere is co-created by an exhibition of wines, a collection of homemade pasta, flavoured olive oils, balsamic on cream or vinaigrette, all originally produced in Italy!

A strong point of the restaurant is a carefully composed wine list, imported from Italy from friendly wineries such as Giarola and Bernard. Special attention is deserved by menu items such as Italian chestnut cream, pettegole with truffle, or Saltimbocca on mushroom risotto with grilled vegetables. Every last Friday of the month, there is an event called "Evening of Italian Flavors," during which, with live music, Italian delicacies are served in a buffet style, 'all you can eat.' It's an excellent opportunity to feel the atmosphere of real Italy and indulge in excellent food.

Tutti Santi

Co-founder of Tutti Santi is Valerio Valle, who is Italian, European and World Vice Champion in classic pizza. He runs his own restaurants in Italy, a pizza school, acts as a judge at international competitions and holds the title of Ambasciatore del Gusto. This is the title of a recognised promoter of Italian cuisine around the world. And we can safely say that he does it really well! Tutti Santi is Italian restaurant chainwhich is constantly growing, proving that here, simply and simply, Italian food is good. The menu is dominated by pizza, but there are many more offerings. Creamy, insanely flavoured gnocchi, sauces full of aromatic spices, seafood and desserts. The classics themselves, refined to perfection with the best Italian ingredients.

About good taste in this an Italian restaurant in Warsaw can be spoken of not only in terms of excellent food. But also the unique architecture. In direct reference to the name of the establishment (translation All Saints), it has allowed many interesting elements with a Gothic character to be woven into the interior design. The huge windows in the shape of soaring arches and the unusual elements of the iconography of the figures of the saints make an incredible impression. The cosy atmosphere is also complemented by a professional Italian oven set in the centre. In which a real fire burns and next to which guests can watch the pizzaiolo live as they prepare the pizza.

Culiinaria Italia

A list of the best Italian restaurants in Warsaw could not miss out Culiinaria Italia. A small, cozy place with a menu fully handwritten in Italian that changes practically every day.

Alfredo, the chef, is the soul of this place. He spends most of his time in the kitchen, devoted to it, it's here that he recreates authentic dishes from the Venetian region, but his Italian chatty nature makes him always find a moment to tell his guests about the fascinating stories surrounding the dishes served in Culiinaria. There are legends surrounding Alferdo's cooking craft. His dishes are prepared according to traditional recipes. Here you'll be served seafood, a selection of meats served in the company of sun ripened tomatoes, aromatic herbs, garlic and olive oil.

Culiinaria also has exquisite traditional desserts - the tiramisu prepared according to traditional recipes passed down from Alfredo's grandmother and mother is pure delight. For those that would like to organise a larger family or company meeting the chef can propose a handpicked menu, adjusted to the guest's needs and circumstances. According to the guests, this tiny trattoria also offers a selection of wines that deserves a lot of recognition.

La Bomboniera

As the tradition of a real Italian feast imposes, we have a sweet treat for you at the end. La Bomboniera is an Italian pasticceria, a real Italian confectionery that specialises in typical Italian desserts. This place will change your culinary worldview on desserts and might even make you addicted. We've heard of instances of people coming from Wrocław to Warsaw solely for the purpose of going to La Bomboniera, and native Italians say that the quality of desserts here surpasses that of those served in Italy.

At La Bomboniera, you'll taste Cannolo Siciliano, the famous crispy roll filled with delicious ricotta-based cream, you could also choose a speciality called Codina di Aragosta, which is choux pastry surrounded with rings of crispy dough, filled with incredibly smooth cream that fondles the taste buds. The confectionery also offers on its menu the famous Millefoglie - delicate flakes of puff pastry layered with pistachio cream, and various other delicious sweets. It's the dream place for those of you that can't imagine a coffee without a sweet desert. Speaking of coffee, theirs is equally good as the sweets.
