In the first part of the concert, we will hear Antonio Vivaldi's best-known and best-loved composition, The Four Seasons, Op. 8, in a masterly performance by Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, who gave his first solo violin recital in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz on 25 November 1959, as a 12-year-old virtuoso. He will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra conducted by Jan Lewtak, with Danuta Kojro-Pawulska playing the harpsichord.
In the second part, we invite the audience to the world of Ennio Morricone's beautiful film music performed by soloists and a chamber orchestra conducted by Jan Lewtak. Melodious vocals will be performed by the Grażyna Bacewicz Choir of the Grażyna Bacewicz State Music Schools No. 3 in Warsaw under the artistic direction of Professor Wanda Tchórzewska-Kapała.
