Eternally young in metal - TURBO special concert in Warsaw.
At the beginning of 2025, the TURBO band will embark on a spring tour of around 20 events. It will have two main themes:
- The premiere of the new album - the first in over 11 years and also the first with the current line-up. The band will be playing songs from the new album during each concert.
- The 40th anniversary of 'Taste of Silence' - the group will celebrate the round anniversary of this legendary album.
Of course, during the performances there will be no shortage of the band's greatest hits, which have become a permanent part of Polish metal history.
The year 2025 is also the time when the band Turbo will celebrate some of its musicians' anniversaries. The formation's leader, Wojciech Hoffmann, will celebrate 70 years, bassist Bogusz Rutkiewicz 60, drummer Mariusz Bobkowski 45, and the youngest of the musicians, guitarist Przemyslaw Niezgódzki 40.
The 2025 tour will therefore be an opportunity to feel the power of Turbo live, a group that never slows down and never stops inspiring generations of metal fans. Despite the passage of time, impressive numbers and anniversaries - including 45 years of existence - the band can definitely be described as "Forever Young in Metal".
The concert in Warsaw, will be one of two special events planned:
- the band will present all material from their new album;
- the group will perform the Taste of Silence album, which celebrates its 40th anniversary, in its entirety;
- We will also hear the formation's greatest hits;
- there will be special guests on stage - details to be announced as they become available;
- The event will be longer - lasting more than 2.5 hours, with a break between parts.
