We invite you to practice-training on tourist rowing boats (gig). Our boats are wider and therefore more stable than sports boats.
Unlike typical result-oriented rowing activities, we want to enjoy the water and develop personal skills - even when, for various reasons, a classic sports boat seems too difficult.
Beginners, people with a slightly lower fitness level (elderly, overweight, etc.) are welcome. "Normals" are also welcome.
Rowing engages all muscles, is an excellent aerobic sport, also improves coordination and concentration, and, through contact with nature, is also very relaxing, in a meditative sort of way.
We also have classes for those who already know something - Saturdays 11.30am Thursdays 6pm.
