See if it's for you:
Every month we come together as a group of men to talk about what is important to us, what we are experiencing and what we are experiencing. We talk about relationships, emotions, feelings, life's challenges and how we deal with them.
Safety:
The circle is not therapeutic in nature, although if you are currently going through a therapeutic process, attending meetings can be an additional support. The circle is a safe space for men to talk about what is currently important to them, what they are facing and how they are experiencing it.
No matter who you are or what you have achieved, you have as much space as anyone else. Our Circle is inclusive - open to all male individuals.
How can these meetings help you?
The benefits that can accrue to any man attending the meetings are psychological and social:
● emotional support,
● self-knowledge and observation of others,
● working on relationships,
● personal development,
● strengthening male identity and personal autonomy,
● breaking down male stereotypes,
● so-called empowerment (strengthening self-confidence, autonomy, decision-making, gaining and maintaining new experiences and points of view).
