Sunday Sparring Meetings are free weekly gatherings aimed at improving fighting skills together. A bit of an underground circle, except that it's completely relaxed. Neither own equipment nor skills are required. The level of participants varies greatly, so everyone is sure to find a sparring partner suited to their own skills.
The group has over 300 members, was founded in 2004 and has been running continuously for 6 years. Sparring takes place mainly with dummy clubs/kijas (palcat), knives, but in the asenale there are also dummy swords, sabres, shields, spears and even nunchucks, whips or chairs, but also without weapons, usually in a boxing formula.
