He shows the kitchens from the kitchen during the performance, making the jokes chewy as the audience gets to taste a dish specially created for them during the performance. He talks about his experiences with the kitchen and cooking. He demonstrates, for example, why potatoes have changed his life and the lives of all his compatriots. During the live programme, he cooks and finally gives the audience a taste of several portions of his victuals.

Chef Maciej's new culinary stand-up show entitled. 'Not just sausage' is the second show by the chef-artist in which he talks about the ins and outs of professional and home cooking. He opens the discussion on whether artificial intelligence will cook? Will food be based solely on 'boxed diets'? He gives useful cooking tips and playfully invites people into his kitchen.
