She Past Away are one of the flagship representatives of dark-wave. They draw the best of the 80s from The Cure, Sisters Of Mercy and Clan of Xymox, among others, and combine this with minimalist Turkish poetry. The origins of She Past Away date back to 2006, when singer/guitarist Volkan and bassist Idris wrote their first songs. In 2009, Doruk Ozturkcan (electronic percussion) joined the band and the band recorded their debut EP 'Kasvetli Kutlama'. After releasing 'Belirdi Gece' in 2012 and 'Narin Yalnızlık' in 2015, the band returned with the album 'Disko Anksiyete'(Fabrika Records).
