Parkrun is a timed 5km run, jog or walk organised every week throughout the year. Every Saturday at 9am.
Participation in the run is free of charge.

The route is located on the grounds of the Jablonna palace and park complex.
The route consists of three and a third laps. The start of the run is located in the western part of the park, the finish in the central one under the Arc de Triomphe. After 150 metres from the start, turn right, then after the Arc de Triomphe turn left and after 50 metres turn right into the main avenue around the park. You then run around the perimeter to where you turn right towards the Arc de Triomphe, then after 100 metres turn left and after another 150 metres turn left again. Again the route enters the main avenue of the park, where you pass the starting point.

At parkrun we all run for our own satisfaction, so everyone runs at their own pace. Whatever that pace may be. Every participant regardless of form, ability or results is equally welcome. We invite you to participate in a format that is convenient for everyone and in a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere.
