What better match than hot summer afternoons and long conversations about books?
Join us for a series of three meetings of the Ochota Summer Reading Club.
Meetings will be held once every fortnight and will focus on ecology and the Anthropocene in literature.
We will look at how man's relationship with nature is depicted in prose and poetry. We will also try to reverse the anthropocentric perspective and look at how attempts are made in literature to decentralise the human position.
On 5.09 we invite you to a meeting: Hiroko Oyamada 'The Garden';
the meeting will be chaired by Klaudia Januszewska.
