This year the Gallery and Studio is joining the Night of the Museums! We have planned unusual attractions for 17 May:
An interdisciplinary event entitled 'Tango - the space of the heart' is an exhibition of paintings by Magda Raczko, paintings from the series 'Tango blue & fire', combined with an opening Argentine tango show inside the gallery performed by Edyta Jaroszewicz and Dariusz Nowakowski, tango animators for over 20 years.
Guests will watch the show from outside through the windows, as if to see the mystery. During the show, Magda Raczko will create quick sketches of the dancing couple, handing them out to those present.
After the opening, we invite you to a short tango lesson and an open-air dance. There will also be a drawing workshop for those interested. Come and join us!
Magda Raczko, graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in W-wa. She has had many exhibitions at home and abroad. She practises painting, drawing, poetry and happenings. She runs her own drawing and painting studio.
Participation in the event is free of charge, no application or registration required. Intended for the designated people for whom the event is dedicated. The dance show starts at 21:00, earlier viewing of the exhibition possible (from 19:00).
