The artists of the Messages Quartet will present a repertoire that combines the colours of many musical genres.

We will embark on a journey through chamber music - through shades of folk, jazz and swing to the land of song. It will be a unique musical journey in a beautiful carnival setting.

The concert programme will include Aleksander Tansman's vital, oscillating jazz harmony "Triptych", the flower of Polish folklore in Szymon Laks' colourful and engaging quartet "On Polish Folk Themes", and finally the great creator of Polish song and film music - Henryk Wars, known for such hits as: "Sex Appeal", "Ach, jak przyjemnie" or "Piosenka ci nie da zapomnieć", which will sound this evening in interesting arrangements for string quartet.
