History after dark takes on a whole new glow! On this special Saturday night, the Polish History Museum opens its doors to all those who want to experience history in a different way - more intensely, more interestingly and more personally. We have prepared a programme full of attractions, which combines night-time sightseeing, workshops, games for whole families and unique encounters with past ages.

♦"Secrets of the Citadel" - guided walk around the Warsaw Citadel

The Warsaw Citadel is a place full of symbols and dramatic events from the past. During a guided walk, you will discover its military and political mysteries - from the times of the Partitions of Poland, through the 20th century, to the present day. It is an ideal opportunity to look at a familiar place from a completely new perspective.

◊ Time: 19:00 During this guided tour you will take a closer look at the Museum's modern space - learning about its functions, architectural layout and how history is told here. This is a journey not only through the interiors, but also through the idea of a 21st century museum.
