"MaminSzymek" is another - after the monologue "One Husband Show" - extraordinary meeting between Szymon Majewski and the audience. We get a personal, unique text - this time describing his relationship with his beloved Mum. It is a kind of intimate, but also full of humour and intelligence farewell. We can only guess what it means to be Szymon Majewski's mother, but this story will probably surpass our wildest imaginings anyway. 'MaminSzymek' is a story that touches on many of our common issues. A mother-son relationship with the People's Republic of Poland in the background. The fact that everything happened right next to the Och-Theatre, as Szymon and his mother lived in Ochota, adds to the flavour. All the stories really happened, although some of us will find it hard to believe.
