Already on 8 March 2025 (Saturday), another edition of the sports and recreational event entitled 'Young Gliderman' will be held, dedicated to the youngest modellers from the aeronautical modellers of Warsaw and its suburbs.

This year's indoor model event will be a combination of two competitions: Warsaw Championships of Indoor Glider Models F1N/M, titled "Young Glider" and the International Competition for the F1N WORLD CUP. The competition will take place on 8-9 March this year at the Hall of the Sports and Rehabilitation Centre of the Warsaw Medical University (Warsaw, 2C Ksiêcia Trojdena Street).

In the first part of the event (on Saturday until 3 p.m.), the entire hall will be taken over by the youngest modellers, who will fight for the title of Champion of Warsaw in the F1N/M class (that's the popular 'darts'). The Young Glider Competition is intended for children and youngsters up to the age of 14.

The Young Glider Maker is a sporting and recreational event for the youngest modellers from the aeronautical modelling centres of Warsaw and its suburbs. The championships are held in the F1N/M indoor glider model competition and have the character of an open competition. This means that also non-associated competitors can participate.
The organisers expect 60 competitors to take part. Diplomas and medals as well as attractive prizes will be provided for the individual winners. The best team will receive a Passing Cup.

The Championship is open to girls and boys up to the age of 14, with only the year of birth taken into account. Each competitor may make a maximum of 7 competition flights.

In order to popularise this competition among the youngest, the organisers will carry out, apart from the general individual classification for youngsters, additional classifications by age category: individual classification for children under 10 years of age, individual classification for children 11-14 years of age, individual OPEN classification for competitors over 14 years of age, team classification for youngsters.

The prerequisite for participation is a collective application from the modelling plant (completed by computer) - which must be sent by 1 March 2025, to the organiser's email address.
