Mike Casey, an internationally acclaimed artist from Los Angeles, has been awarded a GRAMMY as part of the 'NEXT' Class of 2023.

He combines a variety of jazz styles with influences from dubstep, drum'n'bass, funk, R&B, hip-hop and rhythms from around the world. His work combines avant-garde creativity with melodic poetics and cinematic vision to create a unique artistic voice.

Mike crosses genre boundaries, reaching a diverse audience with the joy of jazz. His 8 releases have amassed over 50 million listens, earning him accolades from the BBC, NPR, Spotify, Amazon Music and others.

As an independent artist, he was successful in the 2020 DC Jazz Prix competition and has performed on prestigious stages such as the Kennedy Center, the BRIC Jazz Fest and the Auditori Nacional in Madrid.

In 2023, he made his debut as music composer for the Netflix series 'Spy Ops'. His ninth album 'Valencia' was released on 23 September 2024.
