A playwright, actress, theatre director and musician will talk about their ideas and inspirations for the performance reading of Stanisław Wyspiański's November Night.
A performative reading of 'November Night', adapted by Professor Iwona Rusek, took place at the Royal Theatre in October 2024. The occasion was the 120th anniversary of the publication of the famous drama. The work, accompanied by live music, was presented by distinguished actors from Polish theatres.
During the meeting at the Palace on the Isle, the artists who took part in the event will talk about how the preparations went. We will learn how the adaptation of November Night was written and directed, how the music and acting were created. They will talk about inspirations and ideas, both realised and unrealised.
