The class is dedicated to people who want to lower their stress and anxiety levels, increase awareness of movement in their body, oxygenate their body, remove blockages, get a decent charge of energy for the rest of the day and just have a good time in the company of cool people. Leader: Marina Krylova, certified Ayurvedic masseuse, passionate about working with the body, sound and movement. On a daily basis she works on removing communication blockages and calming the body's nervous system.
