Eurosport, Aktywna Warszawa and Kinoteka, together with their partners: Polish Tennis Federation, Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the Palace of Culture and Science are once again pleased to invite fans to watch the finals of the Roland-Garros tennis tournament together at the Defilad Square in Warsaw. A unique opportunity to see the world's best tennis players on Saturday and Sunday!
This coming weekend, the eyes of tennis fans will be on Paris, where the finals of the Roland-Garros Grand Slam tournament will be played. Polish fans will be able to follow the decisive matches of the second Grand Slam tournament of the season in the fan zone at Plac Defilad 1 on the Cinema side. This is a unique opportunity to experience incredible tennis emissions together.
The fan zone for the Roland-Garros finals is organised by TVN Warner Bros. Discovery and the group's Eurosport, Max platform and TVN24+, as well as Active Warsaw and Cinemaoteka, in cooperation with partners: Polish Tennis Federation, Ministry of Sport and Tourism and the Palace of Culture and Science.
The public are invited to join in the cheering from 13:00, about an hour and a half before the start of the broadcast scheduled for 14:30, with the women's singles final to be played on Saturday. In the evening, a screening of the film 'Enter the Dragon' will take place as part of the Summer Cinema organised by Kinoteka. On Sunday, the men's singles final will be played. The number of seats is limited to 1,000 people. Entry to the zone is free of charge. There will be a snack and drinks shop in the zone.
The zone will also include activities for the youngest tennis fans organised by the Polish Tennis Federation. During ball exchanges on the mini courts, instructors and coaches will share their experience and infect people with passion. Perhaps it is here that someone will embark on a great career on the scale of the Roland-Garros final.
