Lars Danielsson – the distinguished Swedish double bassist, cellist, and composer, long considered one of the most important figures in European jazz – returns with the Liberetto project and his latest album, "Echomyr," the most personal and mature chapter of his musical journey. This exceptional concert will feature premieres from the new album and many of the most beautiful pieces from his earlier albums. He will be accompanied by the distinguished musicians of the Liberetto Quartet: pianist Gregory Privat, guitarist John Parricelli, and drummer Magnus Öström. This music is full of lyricism, sincerity, and extraordinary melodicism, combining jazz freedom, classical sensitivity, and Nordic melancholy. The concert will be recorded for a future film release.
