The saxophone, a metal instrument developed in the first half of the 19th century by Alfred Sax, belongs to the group of instruments... wooden! Children will learn why this is so, and hear the wide range of emotions expressed by the saxophone: from romantic ballads to energetic improvisations and wild free jazz sounds. Next to the trumpet, the saxophone is considered to be the most jazz instrument.
Singer, pianist, composer and voice emission coach. She values music's extraordinary ability to bring people together and enjoys sharing her passion and love for music with others. Her greatest success in education is taking up the chair of singing at Vijaybhoomi University in India. She also has experience of working with children, in the form of music workshops and theatre productions for children. She has also taught musicianship classes in kindergartens and primary schools.
Jarek Kaczmarczyk - graduate of the Academy of Music in Krakow in the clarinet class of Janusz Antonik (bachelor's degree) and Piotr Lato (master's degree). As a session and orchestral musician, he has played under such masters as: Krzysztof Penderecki, Rafał Jacek Delekta, Paweł Przytocki, Antoni Wit, Piotr Sułkowski, Andrzej Zubek, Lolita Ritmanis, Michael McCuiston. Member of the big band Tribute To Polish Jazz.
