We invite you to another "It's OK To Be Goth." This edition will be, by way of exception, quite unusual. It will be the first time we'll be playing without Fallka (who's escaping to the Czech Republic for Prague Gothic Treffen to gather musical inspiration for subsequent editions).
This time, DJ Amadi and DJ Bismu will bravely replace her behind the decks.

"It's OK To Be Goth" is a series of dark music events launched in early 2024 and enjoying steadily growing popularity, created by Fallka, aka Woman In Corset (goth influencer and founder of the group It's OK to be Goth). Goth DJs from Poland and beyond have also performed and will continue to perform at subsequent editions.

We consistently welcome everyone to our events, both those who have spent the last quarter-century immersed in the goth scene and those just beginning to explore the genre and discover their first dark bands. Under the wing of the gothic "godmother," we strive to make everyone feel at home.

We want "It's OK To Be Goth" to be an event focused on gothic sounds such as post-punk, gothic rock, deathrock, coldwave and darkwave.

Both Fallka and the guests she invites from behind the console serve up a danceable mix of music from the 80s and new music that fits into these trends and often redefines them.

You will hear, for example: Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Christian Death, Lords of the New Church, Alien Sex Fiend, Pink Turns Blue, She Past Away, Lebanon Hanover, Boy Harsher, She Wants Revenge and many many others

DJ AMADI

Co-creator of the "It's OK to be Goth" series, he usually oversees events as an organizer and creator of videos we post on social media. As a DJ, he appears primarily at parties and after-parties following Alterwave concerts, and also develops his own electronic event series, "Cyberpunk Party."

Here, however, he will focus on classic gothic sounds, both those remembered from his dark youth and those created by young bands that fit into existing trends or redefine them.

DJ BISMU

DJ and music producer, creator of the "Noc Mroku" (Night of Darkness) party series, where he serves up a wide variety of gothic sounds. His musical work, however, extends far beyond a single genre – he creates tracks that straddle post-punk, house, and EDM, combining diverse influences into compelling compositions.

He has released the EP "Oddments," which gained recognition among the goth scene. This year, he also released a post-punk cover of Mieczysław Fogg's "Przy Kominku," which was featured on the compilation "Fogg in the Fog"—a project that blends classical music with the dark aesthetics of contemporary alternative music.
