The largest and oldest International Fair of Jewellery and Minerals in Poland - Warsaw Mineral Expo will take place on 1 and 2 March 2025, Saturday and Sunday from 10.00 to 18.00 in the Palace of Culture and Science. Nearly 300 exhibitors from all over the world, beautiful jewellery, unusual minerals, precious stones, unique jewellery products, wholesalers, craftsmen, jewellers, goldsmiths, artists, earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces, beads, semi-finished products for jewellery making... all on 8 000 m of beautiful interiors of the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw.

SPECIAL EXHIBITION (Sapphire Room, entrance from Diamond Room)
A TOUCH OF COSMOS is an unforgettable journey through the Solar System with the oldest rocks - meteorites - that we can hold in our hand. We will see the whole spectrum of their diversity - from the most primordial carbonaceous chondrites to the original meteorites from Mars and the Moon.
NOTE: The Ribbeck meteorite, which fell to Earth in January 2024, will be on display, meaning that it was still drifting in COSMOS not long ago!
KNOWLEDGE ZONE - lectures and workshops (Sapphire Room, entrance from Diamond Room)
Saturday and Sunday
12:00 - Meteorites: genesis, classification, recognition - Dr Tomasz Jakubowski will present what meteorites are and where we can look for them.
14:00 - The Pułtusk meteorite - the largest meteor shower - Prof. Szymon Kozłowski will present the issue of the fall of meteorites to Earth, focusing on the unusual Pułtusk meteor shower.
WORKSHOPS (Sapphire Room, entrance from the Diamond Room)
Saturday 11am and 12.30pm:
Fossils are not just bones! - A workshop on identifying fossils organised by the Geological Museum of the Polish Geological Institute - National Research Institute.

Sunday 11am and 1pm:
Palaeoenvironments - a palaeontological workshop on the identification and history of fossils for children and young people organised by the SPIRIFER Geological Laboratory. Advance registration required.
EXPERT MINERALOGIST - DR ELIGIUSZ SZEŁĘG
A mineralogy expert will be present at the event to try to help you identify minerals. Everyone is welcome to take advantage of the expert's help!
GEOSTREFA (Sapphire Room, entrance from Diamond Room)
Stands dedicated to geological education. Games and educational workshops related to geology will be free of charge and dedicated to both children and adults
GEOLANDIA (entrance from the Malachite Room/Collector's Zone)
A place created with children in mind. Under professional guidance, the little ones will learn to draw minerals, search for "treasures" in the sandpits and create models of fossils. Parents, meanwhile, will be able to explore the fair in peace.
COMPETITION (Sapphire Room, entrance from the Diamond Room)
Every visitor will be able to enter a draw for a valuable prize. Coupons will be added to tickets at the ticket offices. The competition specimen will be on display in a showcase located in the Sapphire Room.
