You are invited to a three-hour dance workshop in the artistic space of the ARTENEUM gallery. During the three-hour meeting you will improve your motor coordination, learn dance steps and meet cool peers, peers. Don't worry about not dancing. The workshop is for beginners.
The instructor will be your online idol, influencer, dance instructor Sebastian Kowalczyk. The workshop is planned for up to 50 participants.
During the class you will learn basic hip-hop steps and techniques, combining movement with music into dynamic choreographies, elements of freestyle - developing your own style and techniques for working with rhythm and body control.
Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle, because we will be doing a lot of moving, bending and jumping. In addition to the dance workshop, there will of course be time to Meet&Greet with Sebastian, take a photo together, have a short chat. Bring your charged phone to help you capture these great moments.

Workshop programme:
*Warm-up and introduction
- Stretching and exercises to prepare the body for movement,
* Basic techniques
- Learning the basic steps
- Work on coordination and movement dynamics.
*Choreography
- Learning a sequence of movements to a selected piece of music,
- Combining steps into an effective choreography.
*Freestyle and improvisation
- Exercises for dancing freely and developing your own style,
- A communal party to the rhythm of hip-hop.
*Summary and mini-show
- Repetition of choreography,
- Joint performances in groups, exchange of impressions and commemorative photos and recordings.
