This time WYGIBASY dancing in the atmosphere of an "Aloha party".
The class will feature simple choreography, energetic music, a portion of strengthening exercises and, finally, stretching and blissful relaxation, also in a Hawaiian atmosphere.
I encourage you to dress up - a flower in your hair, a palm tree shirt, colourful leggings - it doesn't take much to 'move' to a Hawaiian beach in the middle of winter.
