"I want to take you on a journey to an unknown world, to show even intimate scenes from the life of birds. No human being is able to perceive, with the unaided eye, the images presented in this exhibition. Only technical progress and the incredible development of digital photography make it possible to gain an insight into the nocturnal life of birds. These images were created without the use of daylight or artificial light and using long exposure times.
