Our meetings will begin with the practice of managing your own thoughts and emotions and discovering and empowering your potential to create the life you need, the life you dream of.

The Making Change workshop series is a transformative adventure consisting of two-hour meetings.

Enough exploring, time for action! You may feel that you are being inundated by an avalanche of various developmental concepts, tips, advice on how to live a better, calmer, fuller life. You may even explore these concepts, you may have a favourite, you may try to implement it into reality. However, in order to change anything in your life, you have to change - in fact, change your thinking, your feeling, your expression, your behaviour. Without this, any change will be for a while, you will get frustrated that it "doesn't work" and after a while you will go back to the old.

And all this to make your life pleasant, light, joyful and at peace with yourself. So that you become the creator of your own reality!

You can sign up for one workshop because the topics interest you, but to make your change possible, to live differently, to experience life more fully and, above all, to have an impact on the shape and course of your life, I invite you to all four meetings.
