Katarzyna Dąbrowska, a charismatic actress and singer with a distinctive, sensual voice, will take you on a musical journey through the most famous standards of American popular music. She will take the opportunity to reflect on their phenomenon, which has also permeated Polish culture, not only in the form of musical inspiration, but also in the form of polished texts written by outstanding Polish poets and lyricists, such as Wojciech Młynarski, Jacek Cygan and Andrzej Strzelecki.

The concert will feature iconic evergreens - Cindy Walker and Eddy Arnold's 1955 'You Don't Know Me', 'Feeling Good', a song created for a musical in 1965 but best known for its performances by Nina Simone and Michel Buble, and 'Unforgettable', Nat King Cole's 1951 hit written by Irving Gordon. Alongside these classics, there will also be a few musical surprises, such as Dolly Parton's 'Jolene' from 1974. Kasia's swinging feel and warm voice, accompanied by a quartet of excellent musicians, will transport you into an amazing atmosphere straight out of an American film or music club.
