Things of Warsaw, Data of Warsaw and History of Tenements are three parts of the core exhibition of the Museum of Warsaw. The 7352 things in 21 thematic cabinets are the starting point for telling the story of the people, events and processes that have shaped contemporary Warsaw.

The exhibition does not tell a single story, it does not directly reconstruct the history of the city from its beginnings to the present day. During a walk through the Old Town houses - at their own pace and along a route of their own choosing - everyone can put together their own story of Warsaw with the help of these things. Audio guides are also available to take visitors step by step through the main exhibition.
