In the house where Władysław Broniewski spent the last nine years of his life, the authentic furnishings have been preserved. The permanent exhibition documents the complex fate of the author of "Pleasant Street". Alongside manuscripts, little-known materials from the writer's literary archive are also on display.
We invite you to watch a film about the Władysław Broniewski Museum. The exhibition and the house where the poet lived are described by Slawomir Kedzierski, senior curator and head of the institution. The museum was opened less than two years after Broniewski's death on 17 December 1963.
