This exhibition is an invitation to an extraordinary world where every day is a new story. The exhibition presents a sketchbook about Czesław Lulus - a grey cat who shares his everyday adventures. Each page of the sketchbook is a tiny work of art, full of humour, warmth and surprising observations. Luluś, with his characteristic dose of sarcasm, describes his fly hunts, his encounters with birds and his relationships with his household. The sketches are not only funny stories, but also a kind of diary The exhibition is an invitation to look at the world through the eyes of a cat. Through it, we can discover how many interesting things are happening right under our noses. Louisa teaches us to appreciate small things, to enjoy the present moment and to approach life with lightness.
During the vernissage, the "Cat repertoire" will be presented by the participants of the vocal classes in the songs: "Rock & Roll Cat" and "Fat Cats" (under the artistic supervision of Aleksandra Raszyńska). A surprise of our mini-concert will be a duet: Aleksandra Raszyńska and Aleksander Rewiński in the piece "Duet of Cats" by G. Rossini.
Paweł Szlotawa - an illustrator of the young generation, but already with considerable achievements and a very recognisable line. With his characteristic style, he often comments on the reality around us in a somewhat ribald way. In his works, he tries to smuggle in a bit of humour, often using wordplay. Illustration is an important medium for him because it covers every aspect of our lives. Outside of art, he loves vegan cuisine and is interested in animals. He is also an enthusiast of good cinema and electronic music.
