The Dragon Parade will once again walk down Dragon Street!
This will be the 3rd time that the inhabitants and residents of Muranów and all of Warsaw will march in the Dragon Parade! This year's march will set off at 12 noon on 24 May from Smocza Street at the level of Józef Rotblat Square (corner of Smocza and Nowolipki Streets). The colourful and bustling procession will be headed by drummers🪘 and a large green dragon well known to Warsaw residents from the Three Kings' March and last year's parade. The route will also feature a pyrophagus, or fire swallower with spectacular burning breath, which will leave those present in awe. There will be drums for the first 50 participants and up to 500 people will receive an occasional dragon flag. Our dream, as every year, is to have as many dragons and dragonesses as possible walking in it - so we strongly encourage everyone to dress up and prepare their own decorations and a dragon to proudly walk in the dragon procession. It will depend on your creativity how impressive our parade turns out to be.
