Delehei (read 'Delhi') - a name that means 'Earth'.
He is originally from Inner Mongolia. Musical passion has been with him since childhood - he has been playing stringed instruments since the age of 10. His artistic path includes studying in Mongolia, founding the rock band Round (1999), the folk-metal band Mongol-Band (2001) and Anda (2004).
He is constantly experimenting - in 2008 he created a one-man band, combining ethnic nomadic sounds with modern technology. He sings throatily (including khoomei) and plays a wide range of instruments: morin khuur, xiudourige (a proprietary instrument), percussion, chaoer, drum and many more. With LoopStation, he creates live music, mixing sounds in an amazing way!
His talent has been admired by audiences all over the world - from TV shows in China and Macau to interviews in New York and Japan.
