An artist who has been proving for years that pop music can be more than just entertainment. During the concert, he will present material from his album "Czarno na białym" - an album which brought him a Fryderyk in the "Best Vocalist" category and recognition from both critics and listeners. It is twelve songs about love, longing, tenderness, faith and hope - themes that are well known, but which gain new depth in Mietek Szczesniak's interpretation. The singer, with his usual sensitivity, avoids pathos and cheap sentimentalism, and his lyrics and interpretations remain sincere, unpretentious and moving. During the concert, we will hear not only noble pop, but also jazz nuances, folk motifs and a wide musical variety, which best reflects the character of this album. The repertoire will include the reflective song "Is this the way it's supposed to be", the energetic "Prababcia" and the sensual "I love (only you)".
