And So I Watch You From Afar will be coming to Poland! The Irish instrumentalists, who are famous for their unique approach to post-rock, will perform at Warsaw's VooDoo club on 17 April 2025. They will be accompanied by Scaler and the Robocobra Quartet.
The collective of four virtuoso musicians, hailing from Belfast, definitely stands out from other bands playing post-rock. The optimism, uncommon in this genre, which is the common denominator of most of the group's songs, confirms their originality. Their instrumental work allows them to showcase incredible technical skills, while their experimental approach to composition surprises the listener at every turn.
Founded in 2005, And So I Watch You From Afar has seven studio albums to their credit. The latest album, released in August this year under the title 'Megafauna', proves that even after all these years they are still able to keep the most demanding fans interested.
Scaler are a Bristol-based band who combine elements of post-metal heaviness with a dark, emotional atmosphere in their music. Their sound is distinguished by powerful riffs, atmospheric spaces and an intense message that draws the listener into a deep musical journey.
Robocobra Quartet are an experimental band from Northern Ireland who cross genre boundaries, combining jazz, punk and spoken word. Their music is a mix of improvisation, unusual rhythms and intense, narrative lyrics. Robocobra Quartet are renowned for their unpredictable live performances, which thrill with energy and artistic freedom.
