Join us for an evening of comedy and dismay with Antoni Syrek-Dąbrowski.
"What a beautiful catastrophe" is a record of Antony's experiences over the past year, and his perspective has changed significantly since he became a father.
Support will also perform in front of Antoni.
Antoni Syrek-Dąbrowski - comedy fan and stand-up comedian born on 11 July 1982 in Warsaw. He grew up in Warsaw's Wawer district and moved to the Praga district at the age of 4. As a child, he watched cabarets such as Tey or Joanna Kołaczkowska, and later Ani Mru Mru or Koń Polski. At the age of 12, however, they stopped making him laugh and he began to take an interest in British stand-up. He decided to study psychology because, as he recalls, the course was dominated by girls. In his youth, he had no idea about himself and grabbed many jobs. He was an interpreter, worked in a bar, served in KFC, cleaned in pubs, handed out flyers, and at the age of 21 he went to England where he worked in toilet production. After university, he went to Taiwan where he studied, learned Mandarin and was supposed to go for an MBA, but he missed his family and friends.
