The much-loved Danish singer Agnes Obel is returning with a tour of Europe and the UK in autumn 2025.
Agnes Obel is a Berlin-based, Danish-born singer, songwriter, producer and pianist with a classically trained, elegant and flexible voice. Agnes Obel's musical style has been described as a combination of neo-classical jazz and chamber pop, accompanied by a melancholic aura of Scandinavian sophistication. Obel's evocative blend of these genres, combined with electronic production, has been a massive success with her albums Philharmonics [2010] and Aventine [2013]. The clean, raw juxtaposition of instruments, melancholic ballad atmospheres and exceptional production brought the artist commercial success and critical acclaim.
The 2016 album. - Citizen of Glass, with its unusual combination of electronics, distinctive voice modulation and use of a late 1920s synthesiser, established Agnes Obel as a songwriter, artist and producer. The album was awarded the IMPALA in the category 'Album of the Year 2016'. In 2018. Agnes Obel signed with Deutsche Grammophon (and Blue Note Records in the United States). Later that year, Obel produced a compilation album, Late Night Tales, featuring original music and poetry. In 2020. Obel released her fourth full-length studio album, Myopia. This was followed by an extensive tour of 18 countries in Europe, the UK, the US, Australia and New Zealand.

After a three-year break from performing, Agnes Obel is returning to the stage in 2025 - announcing a European tour. The singer will perform three concerts in Warsaw: 1, 2 and 3 September.
