We invite you on an extraordinary expedition along Marszałkowska Street and around the MDM to discover the beauty of post-war wall decorations. Often overlooked in the daily rush, these architectural gems delight you with their form and originality, just lift your head.
This walk is not only a history lesson, but above all a celebration of art in the urban space. Our guide, conservator and art researcher Marta Maciąga, will reveal to us the stories hidden on the facades of buildings. We will see the restored mosaic on the former Cepelia pavilion by Stanislaw Kucharski, follow the trail of architectural details along Marszałkowska Street and visit Konstytucji Square (MDM). Join us and see how Young Heritage is revitalising urban space.

Every year in September, the inhabitants of the Old Continent can visit the most interesting monuments in their area free of charge and enjoy a wide range of cultural and educational events. During the European Heritage Days, even normally inaccessible monuments let visitors into their walls, and participants in numerous meetings, lectures and workshops learn about national, regional and local history and culture.
Poland will join a unique celebration of culture and history for the 33rd time. This year's edition will be held under the motto 'Towards Architecture. Young Heritage', which directs our attention towards architectural heritage - both historical and contemporary, often still underestimated.
