On 13 September, Warsaw's Hybrydy Club will host a special concert as part of the MORE THAN VIOLATOR TOUR. On stage, GMW PLAY DEPECHE MODE will perform - an excellent Polish trio, which with passion and artistry performs the greatest songs of the legendary group Depeche Mode. From classics to newer compositions - all in refined arrangements, combining electronics, guitar sounds and the deep vocals of the charismatic frontman.
GMW PLAY DEPECHE MODE presents songs from the band's 40-plus year history, balancing fidelity to the original with bold, contemporary reinterpretations. Their versions were featured on the international compilation Songs of Faith and Devotion, published by German magazine Orkus, earning praise from journalists and fans alike.
The band performed, among others, at the jubilee of Depeche Mode fan club in Katowice, at Lloyd's Factory in Bydgoszcz, Stary Klasztor, at the Podwody Wrocław festival and during concerts in Ireland. Their interpretations are available on YouTube, where listeners from all over the world praise them for their excellent arrangements, naturalness, precision of performance and the unique atmosphere of their concerts.
GMW is an acronym for the names of three team members: Golębski, Maszyński, Wełyczko.
