Join us for a group movement practice in the space of the Sculpture Park. In this class we will look at how to develop competences to strengthen the body and increase mobility in a safe way. We will focus on tasks that extend the range of movement and condition our spines, shoulders, hips or feet. We will ensure that they work consciously through precise and versatile exercises, which we will do both alone and in a group.
Aleksandra Mierzejewska - trainer and all-round movement enthusiast. Graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw and courses at the BODYWORK Centre in Poznań. A student of "Dance in therapy and development" at the SWPS University in Sopot. Personal trainer specialising in mobility, strength and conditioning training. She seeks comprehensive forms of physical development that support health by restoring freedom and harmony to the body. She devotes considerable attention to strengthening and making the body more flexible. In recent years she has been developing in the areas of athletic training, martial arts and dance.
