17 May will see the biggest museum event of the year, the annual Night of Museums. On this occasion, the Dulag 121 Museum has prepared many attractions for its guests. The programme includes, among others: an open-air exhibition, a micro-exhibition of PPWK maps, as well as night walks around the area of the former camp. The permanent exhibition of the Dulag 121 Museum will be open from 5 pm until midnight.

17.00 - 24.00 - open-air exhibition "Pruszków and its environs on old maps" presenting the town's environs on maps from the first half of the 18th century to the 1950s.

17:00 - 20:00 - art workshops for children

Exhibitions presented during Museum Night 2025:
Pruszków and surroundings on old maps (2021) - Open-air exhibition
The exhibition on 20 panels (100×120 cm) presents reproductions of 26 maps (or fragments thereof) depicting Pruszków and its environs from the first half of the 18th century until the late 1950s. They include elaborate 18th-century maps decorated with magnificent emblems and cartouches, the first precise topographic maps of the 19th century, road, railway and occasional maps, civil and military maps, as well as the first plans of the settlement and the town of Pruszków. The reproductions are accompanied by a historical commentary devoted to the history of map-making and the history of the development of villages and estates in the vicinity of Pruszków, in particular those which found themselves within the city limits in 1916, as well as hints to help in reading the reproductions presented.

The micro-exhibition "Tourist Map 1957-1989" tells the story of tourist maps created by Polish cartographers and graphic designers working at PPWK, the changes in their graphic design and the political problems faced by map publishers during the People's Republic of Poland. In addition to reproductions of maps and photographs and excerpts from interviews with mapmakers from PPWK, a selection of tourist maps from the period 1957-1989 from the collection of Jerzy Parfianowicz will be presented as part of the exhibition.
