As usual, there is a lot going on at Art in House; in April we are not slowing down and will also treat you to an extensive New Art Auction. Your eye will stop at large-format and smaller canvases, full colour or monochrome, as well as extremely interesting sculptures. We encourage you to take a look at the auction catalogue.
The first works of the catalogue set the rhythm and tone for the entire auction, and this time too they look superb. At the threshold, we are greeted by a serene ballerina in blue and gold by Joanna Sarapata. Then Paulina Zalewska will invite us into a fantastic world where the horse reigns supreme. Pola Sam will show us an unlikely scene, starring a mermaid and a hero, and Andrejus Kovelinas will take us to a colourful dance show.
At the 98th New Art Auction, you will see some exquisite sculptural works. Jacek Opała has prepared a portrait of a sleeping woman in ceramic. Piotr Kusch's minimalist and elegant work was made in limestone and depicts an angel. This time, Krzysztof Pawłowski will delight us not with a marble teddy bear, but with a sculpture with an interesting form and a playful message. Yan Levsha's work is modelled on 19th-century art motifs, and Pavel Rubashevsky's figure shows the synthesis of humanity.
The pre-auction exhibition will be open to all viewers from 7 April 2025 at the Art in House headquarters at 107 Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw, and the auction will take place at the same venue on 11 April 2025 at 7.30 p.m. You are cordially invited for your daily dose of dopamine. See you there!
