Ćma by Mateusz Gessler

The moth is unique premises located in the iconic Koszyki Hallwhich is open 24/7. The industrial raw interior designed by the Monstfur group and music played by the city's most famous DJs combine here with amazing cuisine. The dishes are prepared by experienced chefs in front of the guests' eyes, even in the middle of the night. The food here is nothing like the fast food found in many late-night establishments. Each dish here is of a high restaurant standard and surprises with carefully selected flavours and ingredients.

At Ćma you will eat traditional Polish soups (including a great żurek), main courses and so-called plates. Each plate has a different colour and price and includes a ready-made set. Goose piper, buckwheat pancakes with bryndza and egg, potato salad with grilled oscypek, hunter's bigos, roast beef with horseradish mousse, burger with beetroot and Castello cheese or Ryszkiewicz's black pudding - everything here is refined to the smallest detail and will satisfy the needs of even the most demanding gourmets.

Bar Pacyfik

The Pacific is bar with tequila, mezcal and tropical food, which is located in the heart of Warsaw's Śródmieście district. The restaurant has been on the capital's gastronomic market for 7 years. It is open daily until 01:00, on Friday and Saturday until 03:00, and on Sunday until midnight. They serve exotic dishes from all over the world. They transport gourmets to faraway lands, including Asia and Mexico. The dishes stand out with their pretty serving and look very energetic. The very sight of them warms and energises, especially in the middle of a Polish winter.

Here you'll eat specialities such as jalapeño poppers, birria ramen, udon noodles in a flavoursome hoisin sauce with orange and bear garlic, long-roasted pork neck in beer and pineapple juice, shrimp cocktail in a reduction with Clamato with avocado and homemade crispy chilli oil, corn tortillas fried with cheese or classic jerk beef with consomé. The menu changes, so it's always worth asking what the kitchen is currently recommending. There is no shortage of dishes for vegetarians. You can enjoy one of the beautifully coloured drinks (also non-alcoholic) with your meal or opt for a good coffee from the coffee machine.

Kraken Rum Bar

Kraken Rum Bar is another place where you will find the best bar food in Warsaw. The quiet establishment offers international dishes, including seafood and snacks, as well as cocktails, rum and beer. The already iconic downtown bar also has its little brother on Żoliborz's Rydygiera Street. Where seafood, among other things, is served. Both places are known for their relaxed friendly atmosphere, open service, good food and a wide selection of selected drinks. Also those less commonly found.

Here you will eat ramen, shrimps in tempura, with jalapeno, with chorizo, the Kraken Dog or hot dog with octopus, fish soup, imperial salad with shrimps, vongole, burgers, salmon tartare, fried sprats or oyster mushrooms, among others. The menu changes seasonally. So look out for new specialities, enjoying their freshness, aroma and careful preparation. In Kraken establishments, you will not only drink stronger spirits (including the rum emphasised in the name), but also very good wines. During the spring and summer seasons, you can opt to consume in the garden.

Regina Bar Koszykowa

Here you can feel "like Manhattan, Little Italy meets Chinatown." Regina Bar is located in a fashionable part of the capital's Downtown on Koszykowa Street in the immediate vicinity of Ujazdowski Park. The two-storey interior has a relaxed casual atmosphere. The menu is very eclectic and Regina's crew is keen to experiment in search of new inspirations and flavours. You can enjoy a glass of wine or choose from one of the interesting cocktails.

You will eat here, among other things Chinese dishes and unique pizzas. Regulars say you can't get this kind of food anywhere else. This includes, for example, a delicious pizza with thinly sliced courgette or a pie with chanterelles and corn. The kitchen strives to use seasonal ingredients, which is reflected in the changing menu. A fondness for central Asian culinary is also evident here. There is also no shortage of simple tasty arrangements of native produce such as Brussels sprouts and broccoli in Regina. You'll eat good pastries and locally made baked goods like the bestselling butter cookies with fig marmalade.

Tapas Gastro Bar

TAPAS Gastro Bar is "Little Spain" in the heart of Warsaw. The restaurant was brought to life by Pablo Martin Delgado. The Southern flair can be felt right from the entrance, thanks to the energetic décor, including a classic Spanish mosaic on the floor. The open kitchen is run by a native Spanish chef and allows guests to watch the preparation process. Products are imported from Spain, making the flavours here authentic and impossible to imitate. 

The menu features mainly traditional tapas - croquetas, Spanish omelette, gazpacho served in bottles and several aromatic main courses such as grilled calamari steak, chicken stuffed with serrano ham and semicurado cheese or t-bone steak with chimichurri sauce. Tapas Gastro Bar also offers a very large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including premium white, red and sparkling wines, homemade sangria, cocktails and real Spanish beers.

Drugie Dno Gastropub

Second Bottom is another place in the city centrewhere notable food is served. The restaurant is very atmospheric and the characteristic red brick walls add to its raw charm. Here you'll find tasty snacks, Alsatian tarts with a variety of toppings, large burgers packed with interesting ingredients and fresh sandwiches. You can also order traditional crispy fries, nachos or a board of antipasti such as chorizo, salami with pistachios, gorgonzola, Corinthian cheese or olives with almonds.

Interesting options include sets for two, four and six to eight people, with a wide variety of filling snacks and dishes. You will find chicken wings, pork tomahawk, satay, chicken breaded in nachos, gherkins or hot peppers, among others.
